摘　　要：固体饮料企业标准主要包括固体饮料的原料要求、感官要求、理化指标、污染物限量、真菌毒素限量和微生物限量等方面内容,以某企业固体饮料企业标准《黑米、黑豆、核桃粉》为例,通过介绍编制此标准的依据、准备工作及过程,对固体饮料企业标准在生产、加工、检验、包装和贮存等方面对国家标准、行业标准和固体饮料中各种成分的技术要求等规定的执行情况进行解读。Enterprise Solid Beverage Standards mainly include the raw material requirements,sensory requirements,physicochemical indexes,pollutant limit,mycotoxin limit and microbial limit of solid beverage.Taking“Enterprise Solid Beverage Standards:Black Rice,Black Soya Bean and Walnut Powder”of an enterprise as an example,through the introduction of the basis,preparation and process of compiling this standard,this paper discusses the implementation of national standards,industry standards and solid beverage of the regulations on the technical requirements of various components in the aspects of production,processing,inspection,packaging and storage of enterprise solid beverage standards.
