摘 要:TALIS 2018调查发现,上海教师薪酬满意度整体上处于国际平均水平。与国际趋势相符的是,上海民办学校教师对薪酬满意的比例高于公办学校,乡镇学校教师的薪酬满意度高于城区学校教师。但与国际趋势和预期不同的是,上海公立中小学教师的薪酬满意度不存在统计学上显著意义的性别差异。在国际比较的视域下,文章对教师薪酬满意度影响因素的"绝对薪酬"与"相对薪酬"进行分析,结合上海教师薪酬满意度的表现特征,从三个方面提出了上海教师薪酬满意度的改善策略。The TALIS 2018 survey found that Shanghai teachers’ salary satisfaction is overall at the international average.In line with international trends,a higher proportion of teachers in private lower secondary schools in Shanghai are satisfied with their salary than in public schools,and teachers in rural schools are more satisfied with their salary than teachers in urban schools.However,unlike international trends and expectations,there are no statistically significant gender differences in the salary satisfaction of public primary and secondary school teachers in Shanghai.Based on the analysis of‘absolute salary’and‘relative salary’as factors influencing teachers’ salary satisfaction in an international comparative context,and taking into account the characteristics of teachers’ salary satisfaction in Shanghai,three strategies are proposed for improving Shanghai teachers’ salary satisfaction.
