摘　　要：创新创业教育在本质和理念上应属素质教育,高素质的创新型人才要具备创新思维和创业能力。高职工科学生具有动手能力强、思维活跃、但理论知识储备相对较少的特点,并考虑到新旧动能转换背景下对高职院校学生创新创业素质的新要求,以电气及自动化系学生教学为试点,探索和学生联系最密切的因素,其中包括课程设置和计划实施等,分析有助于创新创业素质培养的具体措施。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is essentially a kind of quality education.It is necessary to cultivate high-quality innovative talents with innovative thinking and entrepreneurial abi-lity.According to the characteristics of higher vocational enginee-ring students with strong practical ability,active thinking and less theoretical knowledge reserve,and considering the new require-ments for the innovation and entrepreneurship quality of higher voca-tional college students und er the background of new and old kinetic energy conversion,taking the electrical and automation department students as the pilot,this paper discusses the factors that are most closely related to students,including the implementation of curricu-lum,to analyze and study the factors that are conducive to the culti-vation of innovation and entrepreneurship quality specifi c implemen-tation measures.
