摘 要:国家“十四五”规划提出“建设高质量教育体系”。在这一背景下,新时代新阶段,我国的校外教育也被赋予新动力、新使命,需要有新作为。随着社会的发展,校外教育的内容、场景和教育方式趋于多元化,呈现新的发展趋势。因此,校外教育应坚持把立德树人作为根本任务,注重“五育”并举,促进个体的全面发展;打破校内校外的边界,开展形式多样的教育活动,让个体知识、能力与情感同步提升;适应科技发展,整合多方资源,创新教育方式。校外教育机构也要坚持创新、勇当先锋,成为探索教育规律的基地和协调多方力量的枢纽。The 14th Five-Year Plan(2021-2025)promises to build a high-quality education system.In this context,after-school education has gained new impetus and been given new missions;also,new deeds are called upon in the new era.Along with the development of society,the content,scenes and educational methods of after-school education has shown a tendency of being more diversified.So,it needs to adhere to the fundamental task of educating people with virtue,focus on the five-sphere education simultaneously,and promote the all-round development of individuals.It also needs to break the boundaries between campus education and off-campus education,carry out various educational activities,and improve individual knowledge,ability and emotion.In addition,it needs to adapt to the development of science and technology,pool resources together,and constantly innovateon education methods.The organizations of after-school education should be brave to be innovators and pioneers,not just discovering the rules of education,but also coordinating multiple stakeholders.
