摘　　要：为探索模块化教学在高职食品专业课程改革中的实践应用,以《发酵食品生产技术》课程为例,基于行业的发展,由校内教师和企业教师共建了模块化课程教学团队,团队合作共同实施课程改造,重构教学内容,修订课程标准,并开发动画、助学软件、教学视频等课程教学资源,完成在线开放课程的建设。根据教师专长,分配教学内容模块。坚持“以学生为中心”的教学理念,基于现代化教学资源探索实施了模块化教学,开展线上线下混合式教学、翻转课堂教学、企业生产一线现场教学等教学模式,获得了一定的教学效果。In order to explore the practical application of modularized teaching in the curriculum reform of food specialty in higher vocational college,taking the course of Fermented Food Production Technology as an example,based on the development of industry,school teachers and enterprise teachers have jointly built a modularized curriculum teaching team.Team work together to implement curriculum reform,reconstruct teaching content,revise curriculum standards,develop curriculum and teaching resources such as animation,student aid software and teaching video,and complete the construction of online open courses.Allocate teaching content modules according to teachers'expertise.Adhering to the teaching concept of"student-centered",based on modern teaching resources,we explored and implemented modularized teaching,carried out online and offline mixed teaching,flipped classroom teaching,enterprise production front-line on-site teaching and other teaching modes,and achieved certain teaching results.
