摘 要:教育软实力是一国教育发展所形成的对内凝聚力和对外辐射力,它是构筑国家对内发展与对外交往格局的重要力量。在全球竞争时代,中国教育软实力传播面临着全球性教育难题涌现、教育保护主义抬头与教育声音世界表达不畅等挑战。我们应以推进全球教育治理解决世界性教育议题为指引,以扩大教育对外开放深挖国际教育资源为基础,以提炼中国教育经验构建中国教育话语体系为抓手,以推动教育产业升级实现教育创新发展为保障,助推教育软实力走向世界。Educational soft power is the internal cohesion and external radiation of a country’s education.It is an important force to build a country’s internal development and external relations.In the era of global competition,the spread of China’s educational soft power faces challenges such as the emergence of global educational problems,the rise of educational protectionism,and the poor expression of educational voices in the world.The promotion of the soft power of Chinese education needs to be guided by the facilitation of global education governance in solving global education issues and based on the opening up of education and digging deep into international education resources.It needs to start from the extraction of the Chinese education experience to build a Chinese education discourse system and be supported by upgrading the education industry and realizing innovative educational development.
