摘  要:理论教学与实践教学是应用型高校人才培养中的两个重要内容,推动理论教学与实践教学一体化模式发展,在打破理论与实践课程界限、对接学生能力与社会需求、协调教师理论与实践素养等方面具有积极意义。当前我国应用型高校理论教学与实践教学一体化模式在院校定位、教学资源、师资建设、学生考核等方面存在一定问题,高校还需从人才培养方案一体化、教学资源供给一体化、教师队伍建设一体化、课程考核评价一体化等方面入手,使理论教学与实践教学充分融合、协同发展,从而为提高人才培养质量、发挥高等教育价值奠定基础。Theoretical teaching and practical teaching,the two important parts in the cultivation of talents in applied colleges and universities,play a very important role in promoting the development of the integrated mode of theoretical teaching and practical teaching,breaking the boundaries between theoretical and practical courses,connecting students'abilities and social needs,and coordinating teachers'theoretical and practical literacy,etc.At present,the integrated model of theoretical teaching and practical teaching in my country's applied universities has certain problems in terms of university positioning,teaching resources,teachers’team construction,and student assessment.Universities need to integrate talent training programs,teaching resources supply,and teachers.Starting with the integration of team building and curriculum assessment and evaluation,the theoretical teaching and practical teaching are fully integrated and developed in coordination,thereby laying a foundation for improving the quality of talent training and giving full play to the value of higher education.
