食品添加剂使用标准在食品安全监管中的运用分析

摘　　要：当前人们对食品安全越发重视,尤其是添加剂的使用,虽然其改善了食品品质,提高了食品生产效率,延长了食品储存时间,但过量使用添加剂,会出现食品安全问题。因此,食品添加剂的使用范围和使用量必须符合国家标准,才能充分发挥其功能作用。本文就食品添加剂使用标准在食品安全监管中的运用进行分析,以期明确食品添加剂使用标准,强化食品安全监管,减少食品安全问题的发生。At present,people pay more and more attention to food safety,especially the use of additives.Although it improves the quality of food,improves the production efficiency of food,and extends the storage time of food,the excessive use of additives will lead to food safety problems.Therefore,the use range and amount of food additives must meet the national standards in order to give full play to their functions.This paper analyzes the use standards of food additives in food safety supervision in order to clarify the use standards of food additives,strengthen food safety supervision,and reduce the occurrence of food safety problems.
