摘　　要："教学做合一"思想是我国著名教育家陶行知先生提出的,这也是他留给我们的精神财富。基于此,本文从"教学做合一"思想的时代新解、师范专科院校教学技能培养中的问题以及"教学做合一"思想下,对教学技能标准化培养的思考这三个方面进行分析,希望对相关人员有所帮助。Standardization guidance of the thought of integration of teaching and doing is put forward by famous educator Mr.Tao Xingzhi in China,which is also his spiritual wealth to us.Based on this,this paper analyzes the three aspects of the new understanding of the integration of teaching and doing,the problems in the training of teaching skills in normal college s and the thinking of the standardization of teaching and doing under the guidance of the standardization of the integration of teaching and doing,which is expected to be helpful to relevant personnel.
