摘 要:目的探讨EBP模式下情景模拟教学法对提升儿科规培护士评判性思维的效果,为临床护士规范化培训提供参考。方法选取2019年7月至2020年6月深圳市儿童医院120名规培护士作为研究对象。应用随机数字表法将纳入的研究对象分为研究组和对照组,每组各60名。研究组实施基于EBP模式下情景模拟教学法对儿科规培护士进行培训,对照组实施传统教学法对儿科规培护士进行培训。比较两组儿科规培护士评判性思维能力、理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩及护士核心能力。结果研究组儿科规培护士评判性思维能力各维度评分及总分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组儿科规培护士理论成绩及操作成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护士核心能力各维度评分及总分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于EBP模式下情景模拟教学法教学效果较好,能有效提升儿科规培护士评判性思维,能提高其考核成绩及护士核心能力,得到儿科规培护士的好评。Objective To explore the effect of situational simulation teaching method based on EBP model on enhancing critical thinking of pediatric nurses with standardized training,and provide a reference for standardized training of clinical nurses.Methods A total of 120 nurses with standardized training from Shenzhen Children’s Hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 nurses in each group.The pediatric nurses with standardized training in the study group received the situational simulation teaching method based on the EBP model,while those in the control group received the traditional teaching method.The critical thinking abilities,theoretical test scores,operational test scores and core competencies of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results The critical thinking abilities scores in all dimensions and total scores in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The theoretical and operational test scores of pediatric nurses with standardized training in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The core competencies scores in all dimensions and total scores of nurses in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The situational simulation teaching method based on EBP model is effective in improving the critical thinking,assessment scores and core competencies of pediatric nurses with standardized training,which is well received by pediatric nurs es with standardized training.
