摘 要:中职学生如何能更好地适应高职阶段的学习,是中高等职业教育对口招生衔接中需要考虑的一个问题。基于S省360名财经商贸类中高职对口招生的中职学生课程学习适应性的调查发现,对口招生的中职学生普遍存在课程学习适应性不高的问题;不同类别课程学习的适应程度存在差异;专业基础课程学习适应性较低。通过有序Probit回归模型分析显示,中职学生的个人特征和教学因素等会对课程学习适应性产生影响。提出在对口招生的中高等职业教育衔接中,需要注重培养学生的学习兴趣,调整课程目标、课程内容和课程进度、教学手段的选择和评价等改进对策,以期能提高中高等职业教育对口招生学生课程学习的适应性。How secondary vocational school students can better adapt to the learning stage of higher vocational education is a problem that needs to be considered in the coordination of paired enrollment of higher vocational education institutions.On the basis of the investigation into the adaptability of course learning of 360 financial and trade majors enrolled in pair from secondary vocational schools in S province,it is found that the adaptability of course learning of these students is not high,the degree of adaptation of different courses’ learning varies,and the degree of adaptation of professional foundation courses is low.Through the analysis of ordered Probit regression model,it shows that secondary vocational school students’ personal characteristics and educational factors will have an impact on students’ course learning adaptability.Therefore,countermeasures are put forward including attaching importance to cultivating students’ learning interest,adjusting the objectives,content and progress of the courses,the selection of teaching methods and evaluation in the coordination of secondary and higher vocational education with paired enrollment,in hopes of promoting the adaptability of course learning of students with paired enrollment.
