摘 要:目的了解3~5岁听障儿童方位词理解能力的发展特征。方法运用自编3~5岁儿童方位词理解情况调查表对听障儿童和健听儿童10类方位词理解情况进行调查,探索听力对儿童方位词理解能力的影响。结果(1)听障儿童的方位词理解能力极显著落后于健听儿童(P<0.01);(2)3-5岁健听儿童与听障儿童对方位词的理解能力均随年龄增长而增加,其中3岁组和4岁、5岁组之间方位词理解正确率有极显著差异(P<0.01),4岁组和5岁组正确率无显著差异(P>0.05);(3)方位词的习得存在先后顺序和难易程度,且随难度的增加,健听儿童和听障儿童在10类方位词得分率均呈下降趋势,两组儿童对方位词的理解差距逐渐缩小。结论听力情况、年龄和方位词类别等影响儿童对方位词的理解。Objective To compare the comprehension of position words between hearing-impaired children and normalhearing children aged 3~5 years.Method This paper investigated the understanding of ten kinds of position words in hearing-impaired children and normal-hearing children,and explored the influence of hearing status on children’s understanding of position words,by using the self-compiled questionnaire on the understanding of position words for children aged 3-5.Results The comprehension of position words for hearing-impaired children was far behind from normal-hearing children(P<0.01).The ability to comprehend position words increases with age,the accuracy rate of position words in children aged 3 was significantly lower than children aged 4,5 years old(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the accuracy rate of position words between children aged 4 and 5 years old(P>0.05).There was a sequence and difficulty in the acquisition of position words.With the increase of difficulty,the accuracy rate of position words showed a downward trend,and the gap between the two groups of children gradually narrowed.Conclusion Hearing,age and position word category significantly affect children’s comprehension of position words.
