摘  要:韭菜籽为百合科植物韭菜成熟干燥的种子,在日常生活和临床上常用于人体肝肾功能调节。为系统性地探究韭菜籽中的功效生物活性成分,该文以平顶山久星韭菜籽为材料,采用液相色谱-串联质谱法、高效液相色谱法、氨基酸分析仪法等得到韭菜籽各生物活性成分的含量,并针对关键的功效生物活性成分进行研究分析。结果表明,韭菜籽中含有19种氨基酸类成分,其中含量最高的是维生素E;含有10种类黄酮类成分,其中含量较高的是金丝桃苷和山奈酚;韭菜籽中饱和脂肪酸以棕榈酸为主,不饱和脂肪酸以亚油酸和油酸为主;此外,韭菜籽中还含有9种维生素类成分和丰富的甾醇类成分。Chinese chive seed is the mature and dry seed of Chinese chive in Liliaceae.It is often used as a supplement as well as to regulate the liver and kidney functions clinically.In order to systematically explore the effective bioactive components in Chinese chive seeds,this study involved the seeds of Chinese chive obtained from Pingdingshan in China.The bioactive components were determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,high-performance liquid chromatography,and amino acid analysis.Nineteen amino acids were detected in leek seeds.Of the 10 flavonoids detected,the contents of hypericin and kaempferol were the highest.The saturated fatty acids in leek seeds mainly comprised palmitic acid and the unsaturated fatty acids mainly comprised linoleic acid and oleic acid.Leek seeds also contained nine vitamins(content of vitamin E was the highest)and was enriched in sterols.
