高职食品营养与检测专业群建设路径研究与实践——以苏州农业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：该文以高职食品营养与检测专业群为研究对象,在相关专业组群逻辑的基础上,进一步明确专业群建设的总体目标和具体目标。通过“三三三”协同人才培养模式、推进“基础+平台+模块+方向”资源库建设、开展新型教材建设与课堂质量革命等路径的实践,实施教学团队创新、产业学院建设、校企合作运行机制和社会服务品牌建设工程,专业群建设成果丰硕,人才培养质量不断提高,学生的技能水平和职业素养得到用人单位的高度认可,专业群毕业生的平均就业率和用人单位满意率显著提升,师生在国家和省级教育教学成果上不断取得新的突破。Taking the food nutrition and testing specialty group in higher vocational colleges as the research object,this paper further clarifies the general and concrete goals of the specialty group construction on the logical basis of relevant specialty groups.By adopting the“three-three-three”collaborative talent training mode,constructing the resource bank of“foundation+platform+module+direction”,practicing the new textbook system construction and the class quality revolution,implementing branding construction projects of teaching innovation groups,industrial colleges,university-enterprise cooperation,and social service,fruitful results have been achieved in the specialty group construction,and the quality of talent training has ben continuously improved.Besides,the skill level and professional quality of students have been highly recognized by employers,the average employment rate of graduates from the specialty group and the satisfaction rate of graduates by employers have been significantly improved,and teachers and students have continuously made new breakthroughs in national and provincial education and teaching achievements.
