摘　　要：在“双高”建设的背景下,围绕“德技并修”的人才培养目标,高职院校在劳动育人的方式方法上不断探索,面对贯彻落实国家有关精神和职业教育深入发展的紧迫性以及开展劳动育人的现实意义,分析劳动育人的现实困境,通过建立健全人才培养体系,明确劳动育人目标;建立五课融合的课堂教育主渠道;建立三方联动的交互式劳动育人全链条;建立完善劳动教育评价制度;建立劳动育人实践平台等,实现五育并举,培养和造就全面发展的时代新人。Based on the“Double High”construction,higher vocational colleges center on the talent cultivation objective of“attaching equal importance to morality and techniques”to continuously explore the method of labor educating.This paper analyzes its realistic difficulties of labor educating in the face of the urgency in implementing the relevant national spirit and deeply developing occupational education and the practical significance in carrying out labor educating.By establishing and improving talent cultivation system to specify the objectives of labor educating;to establish the main channel of classroom education of integrating five subjects;to establish the interactive whole chain of labor educating with three-party linkage;to construct and perfect the labor education evaluation system;to build the labor educating practice platform,etc.to cultivate talents suitable for the development of new era.
