摘  要:目的探讨PBL联合CBL教学法在耳鼻喉理论教学中的应用效果。方法选择河南科技大学医学院2020年3月—5月本科医学生共计120名作为观察对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各60名。对照组在耳鼻喉科理论教学中采用传统教学法,观察组在耳鼻喉科理论教学中采用PBL联合CBL教学法的方式,对两组医学生的学习热情、理论成绩、临床技能综合成绩及教学满意度进行对比。结果观察组医学生学习热情率、基础成绩、综合临床成绩、整体满意度均高于对照组,且组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PBL联合CBL教学法应用于耳鼻喉理论教学中,可以显著提高医学生医学生对理论知识的掌握程度,提升教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method combined with CBLmethod in otolaryngology teaching.Methods 60 undergraduate medical students were selected as observation objects from March 2020 to May 2020.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group was given traditional teaching method in otolaryngology teaching,while the observation group was gaven PBL teaching method and CBL teaching method in the teaching of otolaryngology and the learning enthusiasm,theoretical achievement,clinical skill comprehensive score and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The learning enthusiasm rate,basic score,comprehensive clinical score and overall satisfaction of medical students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with CBL in otolaryngology theory teaching can significantly improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge and teaching satisfaction of medical students.
