摘　　要：当前的现代学徒制人才培养模式是依据以往学徒制文化的一种传承也是创新,同样也是高职院校发展现代职业教育及提高人才质量的关键[1]。以机电专业为例进行现代学徒制的试验,根据试验所得到的数据,对现代学徒制人才培养这种创新模式下遇到的难题、广泛普及和未来发展的前景进行多方位的研究探索。The current training mode of modern apprenticeship is inheritance and innovation based on the apprenticeship culture, which is also the key to the development of modern vocational education and the improvement of talent quality in higher vocational colleges. Taking the mechanical and electrical specialty as an example, this paper carries out the experiment of modern apprenticeship. According to the data obtained from the experiment, it researches on the problems, popularization and development prospect of the innovative mode.
