摘  要:2021年7月出台的“双减”政策引起了全社会极大关注,校外教培机构整体受到巨大冲击。作为教培机构师资重要来源的地方师范院校,在这场冲击中陷入2021届师范毕业生就业难度急剧增加、普通师范专业的招生压力将不断加剧、地方师范院校的生存处境愈加艰难等三重困境。为突破困境,地方师范院校应采取以下对策:定位乡村教师培养;扩大公费师范生培养规模;以师范专业认证为突破口,重建教师教育优势;深化U-G-S合作模式,与地方教育系统合作共生。The“double ease”policy issued in July 2021 has aroused great attention of the whole society,and the overall off-campus subject-tutoring institutions has been greatly impacted.As an important source of teachers for these institutions,local normal universities have fallen into triple predicaments in this impact,such as the sharp increase in the employment difficulty of 2021 normal graduates,the increasing enrollment pressure of ordinary normal majors,and the increasingly difficult survival situation of local normal colleges and universities.In order to break through the dilemma,local normal universities should take the following countermeasures:positioning rural teacher training;expanding the training scale of public-funded normal students;rebuilding the advantages of teacher education with teacher professional certification as a breakthrough;deepening the U-G-S cooperation model,and co-existing with the local education system.
