摘 要:通过对L大学参加全国高教满意度调查学生数据的分析,发现存在从学习投入到公平感知再到满意度的中介作用路径,学生学习投入以完全中介形式通过公平感知间接影响对教育环境及对学校总体满意度,以部分中介形式影响学习收获满意度和教育质量满意度。研究进一步发现,学生公平感知可分解为“规则公平”和“结果公平”两个因子,公平感知的中介作用更多由“规则公平”因子承担。高职院校有必要更加重视公平公开公正氛围和环境的营造,以增强高职学生对职业教育的信心和满意度。Through the analysis of the data of students participating in the national higher education satisfaction survey of L University,it is found that there is an intermediary path from learning investment to fairness perception and then to satisfaction.Student'learning investment indirectly affects the educational environment and the overall satisfaction of the school through fairness perception in the form of complete intermediary,Affect the satisfaction of learning harvest and education quality in the form of partial intermediary.The study further found that students'perception of fairness can be divided into two factors:"rule fairness"and"result fairness",and the intermediary role of fairness perception is more borne by the factor of"rule fairness".It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to pay more attention to the construction of a fair,open and just atmosphere and environment,so as to enhance higher vocational students'confidence and satisfaction with vocational education.
