摘  要:糖厂生产工艺主要有石灰法、亚硫酸法和碳酸法三种,无论哪种生产工艺中和反应都是整个澄清的关键工序,中和反应的效果决定了整个澄清过程清汁的质量和非糖分的去除。在这个中和反应的过程中,最先参与反应的澄清剂是H_(3)PO_(4)和Ca(OH)_(2)的化学反应,传统的生产由于设备的局限和工艺要求对磷酸预灰的反应作用没有发挥出来,不能充分利用Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)去除非糖分、降低清汁混浊度的有效特性,影响中和反应和沉降器的沉降效果,清汁质量下降,导致可溶性钙盐增多的问题产生。文章从新型错流强化反应器对磷酸和石灰的液液混合反应的特性来分析其对反应过程的作用和影响。The production processes of sugar factory mainly include defecation,sulfitation and carbonation.No matter which production process is used,neutralization reaction is the key process of the whole clarification.The effect of neutralization reaction determines the quality of clear juice and the removal of non-sugar in the whole clarification process.In the neutralization reaction,the first the reaction involved is the reaction between H3PO4 and Ca(OH)_(2) Due to the limitations of the equipment and the process requirement of traditional production,the reaction of phosphoric acid is not fully effected so that The effective characteristics of Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2) is not made full use to remove the non-sugars and the turbidity of the juice,affecting the clarification effect of neutralization reaction and settling clarifier and reducing the quality of the clarified juice,leading to the problem of increasing soluble calcium salt.The characteristics of the mixed reaction between phosphoric acid and lime are analyzed.
