摘  要:20世纪英国妇女非正规成人教育关注妇女的发展处境,以妇女讲习会、城镇妇女基尔特会、全国妇女俱乐部协会以及工会等组织形式,为妇女提供教育机会,不断提升妇女的政治地位和社会地位,具有覆盖面较广、政策支持保障、内容供需匹配、促使妇女社会能力提升等特点。此外,借用赋权增能理论分析英国妇女非正规成人教育的历史价值,并基于现阶段我国妇女成人教育开展的背景,总结出英国妇女非正规成人教育对我国妇女成人教育的现实启示:制定专门的妇女成人教育法,充分调动社会组织力量;提供时代发展所需教育内容,开设态度观念教育课程;注重妇女社会能力的提升,激发妇女社会参与意识。In the 20th century,female informal adult education in Britain focused on the development situation of women,and committed to providing educational opportunities for women and improving their political and social status by the ways of Women's Institute,Towns Women's Guild,National Association of Women's Clubs and Trade Unions with the characteristics of wide coverage,policy support as security,content supply and demand matching,and social ability as the purpose.Besides,this paper analyzes the historical value of female non-formal adult education in Britain based on the theory of empowerment,and summarizes the practical enlightenment of female non-formal adult education in Britain to Chinese female adult education according to the background of developing women's adult education at the present stage of our country,including enacting special law on women's education and fully mobilizing the strength of social organizations;providing educational content required by the times and offering courses on attitudes and concepts;attaching importance to women's empowerment and stimulating women's awareness of social participation.
