翻转课堂在研究生课程中的实践与思考

摘　　要：依托于互联网信息技术的快速发展,以新兴技术为依托的翻转课堂近年来受到广泛关注。翻转课堂是颠覆传统教育模式,强调学生在课下先通过教学视频进行自主学习,课堂上教师通过衍生性问题引导学生利用发散思维,实现理论知识延伸的新型教学方式。翻转课堂让学生由浅表学习发展到深度学习,能够培养学生学习的自主性和协作能力。在研究生教学改革中采用翻转课堂的教学形式,可以促进传统教学观念和方法的转变,以课前预习、课上研讨的方式,培养学生发现问题、解决问题的能力,进而增加学习深度,真正实现“学为中心”和“以学为教”的教学理念。Flipped classroom overturns the traditional education model,emphasizes students’independent learning by watching teaching videos before class.In class,teachers guide students to use divergent thinking and realize the extension of theoretical knowledge through derivative questions.Flipped classroom enables students to develop deep learning and cultivate students’autonomy and cooperative ability.In the teaching reform of graduate education,flipped classroom can promote the transformation of traditional teaching ideas and methods,develop students’ability of problem-discovering and problem-solving by the way of preview and in-class discussion so that the depth of learning can be increased,and the concept of student-centered teachingcan be realized.
