摘  要:以黑木耳59个主栽菌株为试验材料,采用SSR分析和农艺性状指标评价菌株的遗传多样性。结果表明,无论是分子水平还是农艺性状,供试菌株皆表现出一定程度的多样性。SSR分析表明,遗传相似性系数在0.42~1.00,在遗传相似系数0.56水平上可以将供试菌株分为4类,分子聚类结果和农艺性状无明显联系。农艺性状研究结果表明,不同性状间变异系数0.06~0.46,多样性指数变化范围0.435~2.048,产量(Y)与发菌时间(X_(1))、耳片厚度(X_(2))、耳片长度(X_(3))、耳片宽度(X_(4))的最优回归模型为Y=35.233+0.316X_(1)+6.486X_(2)+0.103X_(3)-0.152X_(4)。主成分分析以营养发育、子实体形态性状和产量综合评价了木耳菌株。An assessment of SSR molecular markers and phenotypic diversity for 59 strains of Auricularia heimuer were studied.The results showed that the characters of different strains showed different degree of diversity both in the SSR molecular markers and in the agronomic traits. SSR analysis showed that the genetic similarity coefficient was 0.42-1.00,UPGMA based clustering separated the 59 test strains into 4 clusters at an overall similarity coefficient of 0.56. There was no significant relationship between the results of molecular clustering and their agronomic traits. The results of agronomic traits investigation showed that the coefficient of variation among different traits was 0.06-0.46, the diversity index was 0.435-2.048. The optimal regression model between yield(Y) and germinating time(X_(1)), ear thickness(X_(2)), ear length(X_(3)), ear width(X_(4)) was Y=35.233+0.316X_(1)+6.486X_(2)+0.103X_(3)-0.152X_(4). Multivariate principal component analysis comprehensively evaluated A. heimuer strains from the perspective of nutritional development factors, fruit body morphology factors and yield.
