摘 要:从一线教师、教学能力比赛国赛获奖教师、教学管理者、专家评委四方视角,依据扎根理论研究范式,利用Nvivo12软件对中国教育电视台四频道播出的《2020年全国职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛优秀作品展示》节目30个大赛一等奖视频进行质性研究。通过开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码建构职业教育"金课"模型框架,得出职业教育金课的特征是:教师素养和教学团队反映金课的色度,教学内容和教学资源彰显金课的容量,模式创新是金课的闪光点,能力本位是金课的落脚点,精准施教是金课的生长点。得到的启示是:绘制金课地图,推进教师成长,提色增亮;重构教学内容,融合教学资源,扩容增效;创新教学模式,深化行动导向,赋能增值。From the perspectives of frontline teachers,national award-winning teachers of the teaching ability competition,teaching administrators,and expert judges,a qualitative study was conducted on 30 first prize videos of the“2020 National Vocational College Skills Competition Teaching Ability Competition Excellent Works Display”program broadcasted by China Education Television Channel 4 using Nvivo12 software.The model framework of“top-rate lessons”in vocational education was constructed through open coding,spindle coding and selective coding.It was discovered that the characteristics of the lessons were as follows:the competency of the teachers and the teaching team can reflect the quality of the top-rate lessons,the teaching content and teaching resources can show the inclusiveness of the lessons,the innovation of the teaching paradigms is the shining point of the classes,teaching ability is the anchoring point of the lessons,and precise teaching is the driving force for the growth and development of the lessons.It was discovered that drawing the map of development for top-rate classes,promoting teachers’growth,reconstructing teaching contents,integrating teaching resources to expand the capacity and increase the efficiency,and innovating the teaching mode and deepening action-oriented teaching can empower vocational education teaching to add value to it.
