摘 要:近年来随着社会发展,新工科建设不断加快推进,高等教育的改革进程也在不断推进。以河南牧业经济学院为例,对新工科时代酿酒工程专业人才培养存在问题进入深入分析,重新确定人才培养定位、重构课程体系、打造专业平台、创新教学模式和建立多元化的培养质量评价与持续改进机制,进而构建酿酒工程专业人才培养新模式,旨在有效整合现有专业课程的同时为"新工科"背景下的酿酒工程创新人才培养提供思路,对其他专业进行新工科建设具有借鉴意义。In recent years, with the development of society, the construction of new engineering disciplines has been accelerated, and the reform process of higher education has also been advancing. Taking Henan College of Animal Husbandry Economics as an example, we will conduct an in-depth analysis of the problems in the cultivation of wine-making engineering professionals in the new engineering era, re-determine the orientation of talent training, restructure the curriculum system,create professional platforms, innovate teaching models, and establish diversified training quality evaluations. Continuously improve the mechanism, and then build a new mode of cultivation of brewing engineering professionals, aiming to effectively integrate the existing professional courses while providing ideas for the cultivation of innovative talents in brewing engineering under the background of “new engineering”. It can be used as a reference for other majors in the construction of new engineering.
