民族地区学生儒家文化认同与学业成就水平关系的研究

摘  要:为了研究民族地区学生的儒家文化认同状况是否影响到学校教育的效果,研究以问卷调查的方法,探索了民族地区学生的儒家文化认同感与学业成就之间的关系。研究以儒家文化价值观测验(CVS)和学业成就问卷为工具,调查了来自云南民族聚居区的790名学生。结果发现,儒家文化认同对学业成就有显著的促进效果。其中对人格的自我完善和社会责任的认同是更为重要的因素。而且这一效果在不同民族的学生身上均有体现,具有一定的普遍性。研究认为,对儒家文化价值观的良好认同是助推民族地区教育的重要因素,也是帮助学生提升学业成就水平的重要非智力因素。同时,这种效应的跨民族存在也证明,对儒家文化的认同具有超越民族文化的普遍性,其对教育的助益效果有利于多民族在多元一体格局下共存共荣,推动社会和谐发展。Using the Confucian Cultural Values Test(CVS)and academic achievement questionnaire,the study surveyed 790 students from ethnic areas in Yunnan Province.Results showed that Confucian cultural identity has a significant promoting effect on academic achievement.Self-perfection of personality and recognition of social responsibility were more important factors.High level of Confucian cultural identity was an important factor to promote education in ethnic areas and an important non-intellectual factor to help students improve their academic achievements.At the same time,the cross-ethnic existence of this effect also proved that the identification of Confucian culture has the universality above the ethnic culture,and its beneficial effect on education was conducive to the coexistence of multiple ethnic groups in the pattern of pluralistic integration,and promotes the harmonious development of the society.
