摘　　要：二级学院教师发展中心以“促进教师教学发展、提高教师教学能力”为目标,在教育信息化2.0时代,通过构建一体化“互联网+教育”大平台,形成信息化教学和改革的环境,开展多维度的教学培训和教学咨询,提升教师信息化教学能力。通过构建教学质量保障与监控方案,实现专业管理工作的持续改进。二级专业建设成效显著,整体教学质量获得提升,教学改革成果丰硕。The teacher development center of secondary colleges aims at "promoting the development of teachers’ teaching and improving teachers’ teaching ability". In the era of education informatization 2.0, through the construction of an integrated "Internet plus education" platform, the environment for informatization teaching and reform is improved, and multi-dimensional teaching training and teaching consultation are carried out to improve teachers’ informatization teaching ability. Through the construction of teaching quality assurance and monitoring programs, the continuous improvement of professional management work is realized. The construction of secondary majors has achieved remarkable results, the overall teaching quality has been improved, and the teaching reform has achieved fruitful results.
