摘  要:浙江师范大学特殊教育专业秉承“胞与其怀,融合天成”的办学理念,以贯彻党和国家的教育方针、服务区域教师队伍建设的战略需求、遵循学校人才培养定位标准和行业需求预测为依据,明确了特殊教育专业复合型的人才培养目标和实现路径。通过循证实践、以爱铸魂、协同育人、国际合作和行业引领等建设举措,彰显复合型人才培养的专业特色,并以持续改进为基础,进一步谋划新发展阶段高质量专业发展和人才培养举措。The special education major of Zhejiang Normal University adheres to the school philosophy of“community and inclusion”.In order to carry out the education policy of the party and the country,to serve the strategic needs of regional teacher team construction,to follow the orientation standards of school talent training and industry demand forecast,the training target and realization path of compound talents for special education specialty are defined.In this paper,the professional characteristics of compound talent training are highlighted through evidence-based practice,love casting soul,collaborative education,international cooperation and industry leadership,and high quality professional development and talent cultivation measures in the new development stage are further planned based on continuous improvement.
