摘 要:在第二学士学位教育重新定位再出发的背景下,本研究采用质性方法,通过个案调查试测第二学士学位生的求学动机,深描其形成、发展的相关情境/场域及过程,在个人成长时间视野中探求求学动机的本质。研究发现,求学动机催生于个体与外在环境间互动过程中,个体需求与环境信息相互交织,使得求学动机呈现出多重动因的复杂性、丰富性及不同境况下策略选择的自我决定色彩。求学动机具体、属己而非抽象,在学生个人成长时间线的不同节点侧重不一,其探索与发展并不因“入学”这一事件的发生而终止。求学动机不能脱离“此-在”,“此-在”的求学动机随“此时”“此地”而变,因而极具个人属性。个案分析虽受限于第二学士学位发展的时代性和阶段性,但相关结论对既往研究中问卷法及相关量化方法构成怀疑,也为之后的第二学士学位生求学动机研究和一般求学动机研究提供启发。本研究在海德格尔存在论话语中给出“求学动机”概念新的定义。In the context of the re-positioning of the second bachelor degree education, this research adopted qualitative research methods, carrying out pilot case investigations focusing on the learning motivation of second bachelor’s degree students, making detailed description of the situation and process of its formation and development, and exploring the nature of the study motivation in the perspective of personal growth time. The research has found that the learning motivation is generated in the process of interaction between individuals and external environment. Individual needs and environmental information are intertwined, which provides the study motivation with the complexity and richness of multiple agents and the self-resoluteness color of strategy selection in different situations. Learning motivation is concrete, mineness rather than abstract, with different emphasis at different nodes of the student’s personal growth timeline. Its exploration and development are not terminated by the occurrence of the“enrollment. The learning motivation cannot be separated from“Da-Sein”, and the motivation changes with“Da”and is therefore highly personal. Although the case analysis is limited by the times and stages of the development of the second bachelor degree program, the relevant conclusions cast doubt on the questionnaire method and related quantitative methods in previous studies, and also serve as a basis for the subsequent study of learning motivation of the second bachelor’s degree students and other students. This study gives a new definition of the“learning motivation”in Heidegger’s ontological discourse.
