摘 要:研究生化学实验是化学专业研究生的一门专业课程,其教学目标是为研究生在从事科学研究的学习工作中提供必要的理论知识与实践技能储备。本文从重庆工商大学化学专业研究生培养的实际情况出发,围绕研究生化学实验课程教学中存在的教学内容与本科化学实验课程高度重合、师资结构失调、缺乏考核反馈改进机制等问题,针对教学内容设计、师资优化、考核-反馈-促进机制联动进行了初步探索和思考。致力构建学术成果与教学成果之间的桥梁,积极建设适应于化学专业研究生实验课程培养目标的课程体系,培养和巩固研究生将实验操作技能和理论运用于后期的科研工作的能力和水平,显著改善实验教学效果,提高化学专业研究生培养质量。Chemical experiment is a professional course for postgraduate majoring in chemistry,whose goal is to provide necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills for these students.Basing on the actual training situation for postgraduate majoring in of chemistry in Chongqing technology and technology university,we propose that the design of teaching content,optimization of teacher reserve,and construction of the linkage of assessment-feedback-promotion mechanism are crucial strategy.With these strategy,some key issues can be solved,such as high coincidence for the teaching content between postgraduate and undergraduate,imbalance of teacher reserve,lack of assessment-feedback-improvement mechanism and so on.It is positive to build a bridge between academic achievements and teaching achievements.Moreover,building a new system meet the training objectives of experimental courses for postgraduates majoring in chemistry is also necessary,which can enhance the experimental operation skills and theories for postgraduates.With this efforts,it is promising to significantly improve the level of experimental teaching for postgraduates majoring in chemistry.
