摘　　要：“十大”育人体系的构建是当前我国高校思想政治教育工作的重心之一,是构建“三全育人”格局的基本路径。文章基于农业高职院校思想政治教育工作特点,分析高职院校“十大”育人体系的育人价值和功能,并从以丰富育人内容为关键点、以拓宽育人栽体为着力点、以创新育人路径和方法为切入点等方面探讨高职院校“十大”育人体系的优化策略,以进一步推动高校思想政治教育工作发展与创新。The construction of the"top ten"education system is one of the focuses of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China,and it is the basic path to build the pattern of"three complete education".Based on the characteristics of ideological and political education in agricultural higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the educational value and function of the"top ten"educational system in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the optimization strategy of the"top ten"educational system in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of enriching educational content,broadening educational carrier and innovating educational paths and methods,to further promote the development and innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
