摘　　要：为激发学生参与体育室内课学习兴趣,丰富体育室内课的内容与形式,提高体育室内课教学效率和教学质量,文章采用文献法、调查法、数理统计法,对体育室内课内容与形式进行研究。研究结果表明:设置室内体育理论课、室内体育锻炼课和室内体育知识竞赛课,利用多媒体设备播放运动视频,开展室内操、室内游戏活动等,能激发学生参与体育室内课兴趣,提高体育室内课教学效率和教学质量。In order to stimulate students'interest in participating in indoor physical education,enrich the content and form of indoor physical education,and improve the teaching efficiency and quality of indoor physical education,this paper studies the content and form of indoor physical education by using the methods of literature,investigation and mathematical statistics.The results show that setting indoor physical education theory course,indoor physical exercise course and indoor physical education knowledge competition course,using multimedia equipment to play sports video,and carrying out indoor exercises and indoor game activities can stimulate students'interest in participating in indoor physical education and improve the teaching efficiency and quality of indoor physical education.
