摘　　要：鉴于中职教师培训存在的不足,对参与国培和省培计划的中职教师进行培训前要素分析,进而进行以需求为导向的中职教师培训设计,包括培训目标设置、培训课程设置、培训形式选择、培训师资建议、培训时间建议、培训策略建议、培训中的学习资源建设以及培训评价制定。In view of shortcomings of secondary vocational teacher training,this paper analyzes pre-train-ing elements of secondary vocational teachers participating in national and provincial training programs,and then conducts the design of demand-oriented secondary vocational teacher training,which includes setting of training objectives and training courses,selection of training forms,suggestions on training teachers,training time and training strategies,building of learning resources in the training and formulation of training evaluation.
