辽宁省库存稻谷储存品质变化情况研究

摘  要:在辽宁省内选取17个粮食储备库中的30个仓位为研究对象,对比检验稻谷储存1年后品质指标中出糙率、整精米率、水分和脂肪酸值变化情况。结果表明,稻谷经过一年的储存,水分平均减少0.4%、降低率2.8%,脂肪酸值平均升高0.7%、上升率5.2%。稻谷出糙率与其整精米率有显著相关性。立筒仓、浅圆仓和平房仓三种储存仓型比较,平房仓储存效果最好,各项指标较稳定,浅圆仓脂肪酸值上升较大,立筒仓水分散失较大且脂肪酸值升高比率高于平均水平。In Liaoning Province, 30 warehouses out of 17 grain storage depots were selected as the test objects,and the rice was stored for one year, and the changes in roughness, whole rice rate, moisture and fatty acid values in the two quality indicators before and after the inspection were compared. The results showed that after one year of storage, the moisture content of rice was reduced by 0.4% and decrease by 2.8%, and the fatty acid value was increased by 0.7% and rise 5.2%. There is a significant correlation between the roughness rate and the whole rice rate. There are three types of storage silo types: vertical silo, shallow round silo and flat silo. The flat silo has the best storage effect and stable indicators. The fatty acid value of the shallow round silo increases greatly. The water loss of the vertical silo increases and the fatty acid value increases. The ratio is higher than average.
