摘 要:食品加工对环境要求较高,多数食品都是在无菌环境下完成生产加工,可有效保障食品品质,避免出现变质等情况。以杀菌技术为核心,全面优化加工过程,降低各类病原菌对食品安全的威胁,创造良好的加工条件。杀菌处理工艺具有专业性特点,相关工作人员应掌握不同技术的要点,提高整体杀菌效果,达到国家相关标准要求。本文阐述了食品加工中杀菌技术应用的重要性,提出食品加工中杀菌技术的应用措施,分析了杀菌技术的未来发展趋势,为实践工作提供参考。Food processing has high environmental requirements.Most foods are produced and processed in a sterile environment,which can effectively ensure food quality and avoid deterioration.Take sterilization technology as the core,comprehensively optimize the processing process,reduce the threat of various pathogens to food safety,and create good processing conditions.The sterilization process has professional characteristics.Relevant staff should master the key points of different technologies to improve the overall sterilization effect and meet the requirements of relevant national standards.This paper expounds the importance of the application of sterilization technology in food processing,puts forward the application measures of sterilization technology in food processing,and analyzes the future development trend of sterilization technology,so as to provide reference for practical work.
