摘  要:产教融合是解决人才供给与产业需求结构性矛盾的必由之路。通过深度访谈和问卷调查形式对江苏省职业院校产教融合现状进行调研,并对统计数据采用软件SPSS20.0进行分析。结果表明江苏省职业教育产教融合程度较为成熟,虽然还未达到完全融合状态,但已经接近理想标准,产教融合专业建设成效达成度基本达到“较符合”理想的标准和状态。双师型教师队伍建设基本符合国家对职业教育的要求,其中应用型本科院校的产教融合程度及成效达成度最好,其次是高职院校,最后是中职院校。The integration of Industry and education is the only way to solve the structural contradiction between talent supply and industrial demand.We have proceeded in-depth interview and questionnaire survey on the integration of production and education in vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,and used statistical data analysis software SPSS20.0 to do analysis.The results show that the degree of integration of production and education in vocational education in Jiangsu Province is relatively mature and has not yet reached the state of complete integration,but it is close to the ideal standard,the achievement degree of the integration of industry and education has basically reached the ideal standard and state.The construction of the double-qualified teachers is basically in line with the requirements of the vocational education.The application-oriented colleges and universities are the best,followed by higher vocational colleges and finally by the secondary vocational colleges.
