摘 要:探讨老年人学习对赋权增能的作用机制,能够为实现老年教育的赋权增能价值提供参考。以河北省老年大学501名60岁以上的老年学员为研究对象,对其学习满意度、学习效果、社会支持和赋权增能进行问卷调查,并建立结构方程模型分析四个研究变量的结构关系。研究发现,老年人学习满意度的提升,对其学习效果、社会支持和赋权增能产生正向影响;学习效果的提升,有助于充分发挥老年人学习带来的赋权增能价值;另外,社会支持经学习效果发挥中介效应,其支持越多,获得赋权增能的水平越高。A probe into the mechanism of elderly learning on empowerment&energization can provide reference for realizing the empowerment&energization value of elderly education.We investigated 501 elderly students over 60 years old in Hebei University for the Elderly by means of questionnaire on their learning satisfaction,learning effect,social support and empowerment&energization,and established a structural equation model to analyze the structural relationship of the four research variables.It has been found out that that the improvement of learning satisfaction of the elderly has a positive impact on their learning effect,social support and empowerment&energization,the improvement of learning effect will help to give full play to the empowerment and value-added value brought by the learning of the elderly,and besides,social support plays an intermediary role in the effect of learning and the more support,the higher the level of empowerment&energization.
