多元化教学模式在临床见习中的应用

摘　　要：临床见习是医学教育的关键环节,是临床理论知识和临床实践之间的重要桥梁。线上教育虽可实现远程教学的目的,但是也存在一些问题,例如很难完成临床实践内容、不能很好地发挥学生的主观能动性等。本院通过教学改革,尝试了线上线下混合式教学与PBL(problem-base learning)、CBL(case-based learning)、翻转课堂等相结合的多元化教学模式,不仅能很好地完成临床见习的教学任务,而且能最大化地激发学生的主观能动性,使其更好地将理论知识应用于临床实践。Clinical probation is the key link of medical education which is an important bridge between clinical theoretical knowledge and clinical practice.Although online education can achieve the purpose of distance learning,it’s difficult to complete the clinical practice content,and can’t give full play to the subjective initiative of students.Through teaching reform,we tried to combine online and offline mixed teaching with PBL(problem-based learning),CBL(case-based learning),flipped classroom and so on,which can not only complete the teaching task of clinical probation,but also maximize the subjective initiative of students,so that they can better apply theoretical knowledge to clinical practice.
