摘 要:师范院校综合化和教师教育开放性的得失利弊见仁见智,统计学上的教师过剩和超编似乎也有理有据,但广大农村学校,特别是乡村学校不仅教师专业结构和质量存在明显问题,而且数量严重短缺是不争事实。为乡村教育振兴和农村教育现代化培养足够数量的优质教师,既是师范院校的天职,也是国家和社会的需要。师范院校应不忘初心,牢记使命;正本清源、回归本质,集中精力努力办好教师教育,为乡村教育振兴和乡村学校培养更好更多的优质教师。There are different opinions of merits and demerits of normal universities’ integration and openness to teacher education,and the statistical surplus of teachers and overstaffing seem to be justified. However,it is an indisputable fact that most rural schools encounter the obvious problems of professional teaching structure and teachers’ quality and a serious shortage in quantity. Training sufficient high-quality teachers for rural education revitalization and rural education modernization is the responsibility of normal universities and the need of the society. Normal universities should adhere to the original aspiration,firmly keep the mission,reform at the root,return to the essence and focus on accomplishing a good teacher education in oreder to train better and more highquality teachers for the revitalization of rural education and rural schools.
