摘  要:对嘉兴市中高职院校建筑装饰专业的调查发现,中高职课程体系衔接贯通中存在人才培养目标定位缺乏延续性和整体性、人才培养方案不统一、课程内容衔接重复、缺乏动态性考核等问题。基于中高职建筑装饰职业能力不同要求,通过人才培养目标梯队化、人才培养方案一体化、专业课程标准统一化、考核评价体系标准化、实训基地建设体系化构建建筑装饰专业中高职一体化课程体系,以提升建筑装饰技术技能人才培养质量,促进中职学校和高职院校教育贯通一体化发展,满足高端产业对高级技术技能人才的迫切需求。According to the survey data of the architectural decoration major of secondary and higher vocational colleges in Jiaxing City,it is found that there is a lack of continuity and integrity of talent training target positioning in the connection of the higher vocational curriculum system, inconsistent talent training programs, duplication of curriculum content, and lack of dynamic assessment and other issues. Based on the different requirements of the professional abilities of architectural decoration in secondary and higher vocational schools,through the echelon of talent training goals, the integration of talent training programs, the unification of professional curriculum standards,the standardization of assessment and evaluation systems, and the systematic construction of training bases to build the integrated curriculum system of architectural decoration majors in secondary and higher vocational schools, to improve the quality of architectural decoration technical skills personnel training, promote the integrated development of education in secondary vocational schools and higher vocational colleges, and meet the urgent needs of high-end industries for high-level technical skills.
