检测实验室参加畜禽产品中兽药残留能力验证质量控制探索

摘　　要：2020—2021年,实验室参加农业农村部农产品质量安全监管司组织的畜禽产品中兽药残留检测能力验证考核,提高了实验室对畜禽产品中兽药残留的检测水平,实验室检测能力得到了有效验证。在能力验证过程中,实验室在试验准备、实施试验、结果报送环节中,从人员、仪器、材料、方法和环境等5方面着手,进行检测质量控制。实验室在考核鸡肉中氟喹诺酮类兽药残留和猪肉中磺胺类兽药残留的项目中,均获得满意结果。实验室参加农业农村部农产品质量安全监管司组织的畜禽产品中兽药残留检测能力验证考核,检测结果合格,表明实验室在能力验证试验过程中,其质量控制方法有效、检测能力较好。In order to improve the detection ability of veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry products,and verify laboratory testing capability,the laboratory participated in the proficiency testing of veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry products organized by the department of quality and safety supervision of agricultural products Ministry of Agriculture and rural Affairs from 2020 to 2021.During the proficiency testing,control method is carried out in the preparation,implementation process and results report from five aspects:personnel,instrument,material,method and environment.Satisfactory results were obtained for fluoroquinolones in chicken and sulfonamides in pork.The laboratory has passed the proficiency testing organized by the department of quality and safety supervision of agricultural products Ministry of Agriculture and rural Affairs,which proves that the quality control method is effective and the testing capability of the laboratory is good.
