摘　　要：研究了有限幂零群的极大子群的个数对群结构的影响,刻画了恰有12个极大子群的有限幂零群的结构.In this paper,the influence of the number of maximal subgroups on the structure of finite nilpotent groups is studied,and the structure of finite nilpotent groups with exactly 12 maximal subgroups is characterized.
