摘　　要：高职教育承担着行业急需的高素质实践技能型人才的培养,由于产业结构调整及技术升级优化,迫使高职院校加快与企业融合,建立人才培养动态调整机制。高职院校应精准对接区域经济、区域产业,动态调整专业设置,优化人才培养方案;高职院校应深化校企合作,建立混编教师团队,丰富教学资源,实现双主体育人。Higher vocational education undertakes the cultivation of high-quality practical and skilled personnel who are urgently needed by the industry. Due to the adjustment of industrial structure, the promotion and optimization of technology, the integration between higher vocational colleges and enterprises must be accelerated to establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism of personnel training.Higher vocational colleges should accurately synergize regional economies and industry, adjustment adjust major settings dynamically, optimize personnel training programs.They also should carry out deeper cooperation between schools and enterprises, build mixed teacher teams, and enrich teaching resources to realize, dual-subject education.
