摘　　要：面对线上教学常态化的发展趋势和教学改革的新形势,基于OBE教育理念,对信息通信类专业的重要专业课通信原理进行教学设计与实践,明确课程目标对毕业要求指标点的支撑,确定知识能力素质的递进关系,采取线上与线下相结合、研讨等多种教学方式,改进考评机制,形成动态调整优化的人才培养机制,促进课程目标的达成。In the face of the development trend of online teaching normalization and the new situation of teaching reform, based on the concept of OBE education, this paper designs and practices the teaching of Principles of Communications, which is an important professional course of information and communication specialty, including: clarifying the corresponding relationship between the course objectives and graduation requirements, updating the ability knowledge matrix, optimizing the teaching design, adopting the combination of online and offline research, and improving the evaluation mechanism. In order to promote the achievement of curriculum objectives, a talent training mechanism with cyclic improvement, dynamic adjustment and optimization is established.
