摘　　要：扩招生作为一种全新的职业教育培养类型,是我国推行终身教育的重要组成部分,将“学分银行”体系引入扩招生的人才培养很好地解决了扩招生教育教学中的痛点和难点问题,成为扩招生培养过程的有效补充。文章研究表明,通过信息化平台建设、管理制度完善和管理方式突破使扩招生人才培养更好落地落实,打破了传统教学模式中对受教育者学习的时空限制,构建了一条符合扩招生现状的人才培养新路径。As a new type of vocational education, enrollment expansion is an important part of the implementation of lifelong education in China. Introducing the “credit bank” system into the talent training of enrollment expansion solves the pain points and difficult problems in the education and teaching of enrollment expansion, and becomes a perfect supplement to the training process of enrollment expansion. This paper shows that through the construction of information platform, the improvement of management system and the breakthrough of management methods, the talent training of expanded students has been better implemented, the restrictions on the learning time and space of educates in the traditional teaching mode have been broken, and a new talent training path in line with the current situation of expanded enrollment has been constructed.
