On Professional Managers’ Happiness Index in Ningbo in 2020

摘  要:以西方幸福科学的幸福规律“幸福=50%先天基因因素+10%后天外在环境因素+40%后天内在心理因素”为逻辑思路,结合宁波职业经理人的现实情况,设计了幸福指数调查问卷。调查发现,宁波职业经理人调查群体总体幸福指数较高;后天内在心理因素对宁波职业经理人调查群体幸福感影响最大。据此提出了提高宁波职业经理人幸福感和幸福力的对策建议。This study designs a happiness index questionnaire based on the happiness law of western happiness science “happiness = 50% congenital genetic factors + 10% acquired external environmental factors + 40%acquired internal psychological factors”, combined with the realization of professional managers in Ningbo. The survey found that the overall happiness index of Ningbo professional managers was high and the acquired internal psychological factors have the greatest impact on the happiness of Ningbo professional managers.Accordingly, some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the happiness and the ability to perceive happiness of Ningbo professional managers are put forward.
