摘　　要：工业互联网或工业4.0已成为国家发展战略,为应对新信息技术发展需求,各高校相关专业的教师为提升和提高教学效果采用了各种新的教学手段.但目前还缺乏一个全面的物联网工程人才培养体系.物联网工程人才培养过程中,教学团队对教学理念、教学体系和教学方法进行了研究并实践,形成了面向信息新技术发展要求的物联网工程跨学科人才培养机制,并为其他学科提供了借鉴.Industrial Internet or industry 4.0 has become a national development strategy. To cope with the development needs of new information technology, teachers of relevant majors in colleges and universities have adopted a variety of new teaching methods to enhance and improve the teaching effect. At present, there is still a lack of a comprehensive Internet of things engineering personnel training system. In the training process of Internet of Things engineering talents in Yunnan Minzu University, the team studied and practiced teaching philosophy, teaching system and teaching methods, forming an interdisciplinary talent training mechanism of Internet of things engineering oriented to the development requirements of new information technology, and providing references for other disciplines.
