摘 要:目的探讨基于OBE理念+混合式教学模式的《临床基础检验学技术》课程教学效果。方法研究对象为2019级80例医学检验与卫生检验学本科生,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40名)和观察组(40名)。对两组学生均实施《临床基础检验学技术》课程,对照组采取传统教学模式,观察组采取基于OBE理念联合混合式教学模式。将两组学生考核成绩(技能操作、理论笔试、行动能力、病例分析)及教学模式满意度情况进行对比。结果将两组学生各项考核成绩进行对比,观察组均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。将两组学生教学模式满意度进行对比,观察组均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在《临床基础检验学技术》教学阶段采取基于OBE理念+混合式教学模式效果理想,有助于提高教学质量,激发学生的学习兴趣,对于提高学生的综合素质与教学满意度具有积极作用。Objective To explore the teaching effect of the course"Clinical Basic Laboratory Technology"based on OBE concept+mixed teaching mode.Methods The subjects of the study were 80 undergraduates of medical laboratory and hygienic laboratory science in grade 2019.They were divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases)using a random number table method.Both groups of students were given the course"Clinical Basic Laboratory Science and Technology".The control group adopted the traditional teaching model,and the observation group adopted the combined teaching model based on the OBE concept.The two groups of students'assessment results(skills operation,theoretical written test,action ability,case analysis)and the satisfaction of the teaching mode were compared.Results Comparing the assessment results of the two groups of students,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups of students’teaching mode satisfaction,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching stage of"Clinical Basic Laboratory Science and Technology",adopting OBE concept+hybrid teaching mode has an ideal effect,which is helpful to improve teaching quality,stimulate students'interest in learning,and has a positive effect on improving students'comprehensive quality and teaching satisfaction.
