摘 要:目的探讨微信辅助的TBL教学模式在中医诊断学课程中的应用效果。方法以温州医科大学中医学2018级五年制1班33名本科生作为研究对象,在中医诊断学课程实施微信辅助的TBL教学模式,并在课程结束后对学生进行问卷调查,了解TBL教学模式的效果。结果课堂上学生积极发言,讨论热烈,互动效果佳;小组学生协作分工明确,能较好地完成老师布置的任务或案例。调查问卷显示学生对教学方法满意度高,形成性评价结果显示考核成绩较理想。同时,微信有助于各小组、小组之间以及师生之间的沟通与交流,可以较好地保证TBL教学顺利开展。结论TBL教学模式能促进课前预习,活跃课堂气氛,增强学生的团结协作,增进师生交流;微信能促进TBL教学的顺利开展。Objective To explore the application effect of team-based learning(TBL)teaching method assisted by WeChat in undergraduate teaching of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 33 undergraduates in Class 1 of Grade 2018 five-year system of traditional Chinese medicine of Wenzhou Medical University were selected as the research objects.The teaching method of TBL assisted by WeChat was implemented in the course of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine,and a questionnaire survey was conducted after the end of their course to understand the effect of TBL teaching method.Results In the class,students spoke actively,discussed enthusiastically,and had good interaction effect;group students cooperated clearly,and could complete the tasks or cases assigned by teachers.The questionnaire showed that the students were satisfied with the teaching methods,and the formative evaluation results showed that the assessment results were satisfactory.At the same time,WeChat is helpful for the communication and exchange among groups,groups,teachers and students,which can better ensure the implementation of TBL teaching method.Conclusion TBL teaching method can promote pre-class preparation,activate the classroom atmosphere,enhance the unity and cooperation of students,and enhance the communication between teachers and students;WeChat can promote the implementation of TBL teaching method.
