摘  要:在从新世纪大力提倡教师教育转型到新时代全面深化教师队伍建设改革的过程中,学历层次高移化、培养方式多元化以及培养培训一体化一直是我国教师教育发展所追寻的方向。然而,作为具有自身培养逻辑与内在要求的职教教师教育,在此发展过程中却遭遇到瓶颈。对职教师资培养专业性提升所需的知识能力结构进行分析,发现其所需的知能体系是多维度、多层次的。因此,探索促进职教师资专业化培养的路径,必先构建完整的知能结构体系,优化培养培训方式,推进职业教育相关制度的完善。From the transformation of teacher education at the beginning of the new century to the comprehensively deepen reform of teacher construction at the new era,the high level of education,diversification of training methods and the integration of education and training have been the directions pursued by the development of teacher education in China.However,vocational teacher education,which has its own cultivating logic and inherent requirements,has encountered the corresponding bottlenecks in the development.The analysis of the structure of knowledge and skills required by the professionalization of vocational teacher education reveals that the system of the required knowledge and skills is multi-dimensional and multi-level.In order to explore the path to promote the professional training of vocational teacher education,it is necessary to build a complete knowledge structure system,strengthen the vertical and horizontal training methods,and improve the related systems of vocational education.
